Patent-Pending Shock Absorption
The unique shock assembly dampens the flywheel's contact with the stump, applying even, consistent pressure and preventing kickback when working through tough wood.
Go/No-Go Visual Indicator

Review of WG24 Pro Stump Grinder
This has been an excellent piece of equipment for me. It is a very rugged and well-built piece of equipment and super easy to use. I had never used a stump grinder prior to buying this one. I have used it to grind well over 200 stumps and have not had any issues with the equipment. I use it on a John Deere 3025 tractor. I was a little concerned about whether I had enough PTO HP but the grinder works just fine behind a 25 hp tractor. The shock absorber on top does great job of controlling things as well. I was able to clear almost 1/2 acre of woods with this grinder after I cut all the trees down. If you are on the fence about getting a grinder, this is money well spent and you won't regret it.

Glad I bought it! Works Great!
The WG24 Pro Stump Grinder comes mostly assembled with only a few parts that need to be bolted on. I had to trim the pto shaft but with the included instructions it was very easy and only took 20 minutes to do. I use this stump grinder on my Kioti CK2510 and it handles it with no issues. Over several days I did approx 40 stumps with no visible wear on the carbide teeth. The entire unit is very heavy duty and with the included slip clutch on the pto it is easy on the tractor. Over all I am very happy with this stump grinder!

Great Stump Grinder
Purchased to remove apple trees in our old orchard. Stumps are 6-10 inches. Once I got the hang of using it, it takes less then two minutes a stump. Best investment for my tractor.
I finally talked my wife into letting me get a stump grinder for my 3046R instead of hiring someone. After clearing the back of my property and finding all of the flush cut tree stumps I have already ground over 80 stumps. The WG24 PRO has done a terrific job. I have not had to replace any teeth yet and it is still going strong. Getting ready to put it back on since I had to take down another 7 trees that have died. I strongly recommend this grinder to anyone that will listen to me. Even one of my neighbors is looking at getting one for his Kubota after seeing what mine has done.

After a tornado came through my yard I had about 8 big trees down and 4 big root balls to deal with. The tallest root ball was about 7 feet tall. I built a dirt ramp to back up to the top and started grinding. I wish I had taken pics because you would never know they were there. Great grinder!!!

Excellent quality product
This is the first brand new implement for my small 1023e tractor. I know this was pushing the HP etc. It did not take long to assemble, and the instructions were very clear. I opted for the pro model as I knew my tractor might be a bit under-powered, so I thought the built-in spring mechanism combined with the PTO clutch would be good to have. This stump grinder makes quick work of the stumps. I had heard of people renting the hand-held/push ones and it taking forever, this thing chews through them. Obviously the trickier ones are stringy like cedar etc, but it still takes next to no time to remove a stump. Since it is so fast to use, I've offered our small community free stump grinding, and a few have taken me up on it. The soil is very shallow where I am, so it is very easy to hit rocks unfortunately. Although doing over two dozen trees I have maybe only had to change 3 teeth. I definitely suggest ordering some spares. The ones at the end which make first contact will obviously dull/chip first, the rest look brand new. I definitely recommend this for the 1023e or bigger (my neighbour used it on his 1025r as well). Now to go check out some wood chippers. . .

I bought this stump grinder in the spring. Shipping was promp. It was well packaged and arrived safe and sound. The instructions for assembly were good and easy to follow. Make sure you do the recommended procedure for the slip clutch and check the measurements on the PTO shaft. Also, you do need to retorque the cutting teeth periodically. If you don't they will get loose and spin on the plate. That happened to friend of mine who purchased a different variation of this grinder a while ago. Overall, great attachment and I would buy it again.

If your on the fence just go ahead and buy it. I'm glad I did. Have done 22 stumps so far this summer. Contemplated renting and am glad I went with buying one. I can go at my own pace rather than trying to fit everything in a rental window timeframe. Shipped super fast. Packed very well. Build quality is great (and I can be picky). Support is top notch when I had questions. The PTO shaft cover/guard is a little large at the tractor end for my tractor (Kubota LX 2620) compared to others I have but thats not a negative just is what it is. A bit of a wrestling match getting the PTO shaft off but I am new to this. Maybe next round will go quicker. Works great and I got the hang of grinding stumps with it pretty quick. Just listen and get a feel for things. I put a wireless camera on the grinder and the screen on my hood of my tractor to save turning to look all the time and that works well. My property is looking great with all the stumps gone. Had more than I thought. Now when I drive by somewhere and see a stump in a yard I think I could grind that :)
